我在悉尼租过这家公司的车。Thrifty 的店员服务态度非常冷漠，而且一般情况下你是取不到你预定的车型的，店员会各种找借口，最后你只能取他推荐的车型应急。而且Thrifty的客服很差，有什么问题找他们，都是消极应对。最后等你还车以后，会陆续以各种名头扣取押金。国人自驾的话不建议选Thrifty。
